Lomas de Carara Is a 200+ -acre development located in front of the National Park of Carara . General Manager and in charge of the complete development of this property from 1998 until 2003. Directly responsible to initiate and manage all aspects necessary to develop this property from start to finish. Was involved in the negotiation and acquisition of the property, overseeing of the development of land plan, acquiring all necessary permits, design and installation of all services and infrastructure, opened and staffed the offices, construction of the Villa condos and townhouse, creating all marketing and sales materials, day-to-day management of the property. Center for the Americas The Center for the Americas will be a multipurpose, state-of-the-art, 3,500 seat Performing Arts Center with capabilities to adjust to different configurations to accommodate various types of events. Additionally, the Performing Arts Center will be configured to provide flexibility for banquets of 500 attendees, dance floor, disco or cabaret configurations, and 400 VIP luxury box seats. The adjoining 6000 square-meter Exhibit Hall and 3000 square-meter Office Complex allow for a multiplicity of presentations and uses. Quintas del Mar Quintas del Mar Quintas del Mar Quintas del Mar is a 62-acre development in the initial planning stages. Having negotiated the purchase of the property, the land plan is presently being developed which will incorporate the combination of lots, condos and commercial properties. Directly responsible to initiate and manage all aspects necessary to develop this property from start to finish. Playa Hermosa Condominiums The Playa Hermosa Condominium project is a small boutique oriented beachfront condominium project located in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste. The project is a 10-unit condominium project. Responsible for the entire project which includes but was not limited to development of business plan, acquisition of property, development of land plan, floor plans, construction supervision, sales and marketing.
